• Safiya Noble is Associate Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Department of Information Studies, where she serves as the Co-Director of the UCLA Center for Critical Internet Inquiry. She is the author of Algorithms of Oppression: How Search Engines Reinforce Racism.
• Jason Schultz is Professor of Clinical Law at New York University, Director of NYU’s Technology Law & Policy Clinic, Co-Director of the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy, and Area Lead in Law & Policy for the AI Now Institute. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University, and a co-founder of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. He is the author of They Don’t Represent Us: Reclaiming Our Democracy.
• Elinor Ostrom was senior research director of the Vincent and Elinor Ostrom Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis at Indiana University, Distinguished Professor and Arthur F. Bentley Professor of Political Science in the College of Arts and Sciences, and professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She received the 2009 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences, the first woman to do so.
